Description:
Looking for an experienced nurse for a high acuity floor.
This role involves caring for patients with various surgical needs, including trauma cases such as gunshot wounds, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patients.
The nursing support ratio is 5:1.
Support staff includes phlebotomists and a unit secretary during night shifts.
Nurse handoffs will occur between the ED and the admitting unit.
Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for shifts is essential, as there are no requests for time off allowed.
