Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; every other weekend coverage with flexibility based on unit needs; patient ratio 1:5

Highlights:

  • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit with a daily census of approximately 15 patients
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy
  • Epic EMR system with Omnicell medication management
  • 24-hour paid orientation to support your transition to the team
  • Floating required based on unit needs; float assignments matched to clinician qualifications and demonstrated competencies
  • Pre-assignment modules billable up to 16 hours

Requirements:

  • Active South Carolina RN license
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit settings
  • Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
  • Experience with complex patient care including antiarrhythmics, central line management, blood product administration, chest tubes, dysrhythmia management, IV protocols, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management preferred
  • Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
  • First-time travelers considered based on qualifications and experience
