# Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN in MedSurg/Rehab!
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Inpatient Rehab Unit, 4th Floor
- **Address:** 5721 W. 119th St, Overland Park, KS 66209
- **Unit Name:** Inpatient Rehab Unit
- **Number of Beds:** 16
- **Number of Staff:** 20
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Staff Composition:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge RN and 1-2 additional RNs
- Night Shift: 1 Point Person and 1-2 additional RNs
- 1 LPN and 1 PCT required for full capacity (15/16 patients)
- **Equipment:** Welch Allens
- **Documentation System:** EMR - Meditech
- **Scheduling:** 3 12-hour shifts with rotating every 3rd weekend
- **Floating Policy:** Any medical floor
- **Patient Experience:** Rehab documentation knowledge preferred
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- BLS Certification
- **Nice to Have:**
- ACLS or PALS
- Basic Dysthymia Class
- **Procedures Performed On Unit:**
- Post-stroke Patients
- Surgical Patients (Neuro or Ortho)
- Medical Patients needing increased therapy
- **Preferred Certification:** CRRN
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Royal blue top and bottom or black scrub bottoms
