Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,951 per week in Easley, SC

You'll provide critical care to adult patients while developing your skills in cardiac monitoring, stroke care, and post-surgical management. Experience with CVA patients, cardiac telemetry, surgical drains, and total joint replacement preferred.

Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, Days (0700-1930), every other weekend or as needed based on unit requirements. 24 hours of orientation provided.

Highlights:

• Med-Surg/Telemetry unit with 30 beds and daily census of 20 patients
• 5:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• EPIC documentation system and Omnicell medication management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Adult patient population with focus on telemetry monitoring and cardiac care
• Floating to other qualified units or facilities may be required based on organizational need

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent MS/Telemetry experience
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Strong skills in telemetry monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and blood product administration
• Preferred experience: Telemetry, ER Holding, and Cardiac Telemetry
• Experience with CVA patients, cardiac telemetry, surgical drains, and total joint replacement preferred
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• First-time travelers will be reviewed based on experience
