**Job Description:**
- Exciting opportunity to care for the incarcerated population
- Must have the ability to read telemetry strips
- Travelers will be tested on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution prior to orientation
- Failure to pass will lead to contract cancellation
- Required certifications before starting the assignment:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
- CPI (or MAB)
- Facility reserves the right to cancel 1 shift every four weeks during the contract
- Flexibility to float within your scope of practice
- Charge or preceptor roles may be required and will be reflected on your timesheet
- Orientation available for M/S, Tele, and M/S Tele (Forensics)
**Ideal Candidate:**
- No set schedule: must be adaptable and ready to jump in as needed
- 2 years or more experience within the past three years
- Must be available to work weekends
- Refrain from excessive time-off requests
- Must be willing to work holidays (cannot request all holidays off)
- Reliability, transparency, and presence in the workplace is essential
- Charge or preceptor roles may be required and will be reflected on your timesheet
- Compliance clearance required 10 days prior to orientation
