**Exciting Opportunity for a Telemetry RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team providing exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced Telemetry/IMC MedSurg unit.
- Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, engaging with a diverse mix of patients facing respiratory issues, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities.
- Utilize your 2+ years of nursing experience to provide both routine and complex care while developing long-range care plans.
- Lead with confidence by making appropriate assignments and effectively delegating tasks to enhance patient outcomes.

- Practice in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, employing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care diligently to ensure high-quality care.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education/Skills:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- **Experience:**
- 2 years of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
- Current BLS certification required (AHA only).
- Current ACLS certification required (AHA only).
- RN License in the state of TX or compact.
**Position Requirements:**
- Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
- Preceptorship available with a designated trained staff member during onboarding.
- Participation in residency programs or specialized orientation for newly licensed RNs.
- Completion of annual competency verification requirements.
