Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,920 per week in Wilmington, NC

Required technical skills include: telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management, blood product administration, central line care, PICC line management, IV therapy, wound care/wound vac, chest tube management, BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, colostomy/ileostomy care, feeding tube management, pre/post hemodialysis care, and isolation precautions. Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: October 2026
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 1845-0715, 36 or 48 hours per week, every other weekend required

• Self-scheduling with flexible 36 or 48-hour weekly options
• 24-hour orientation with Epic charting system and Pyxis medication management

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• ACLS and Telemetry certifications preferred
• Must pass EKG competency testing prior to start date
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratios preferred
• Epic charting experience and community hospital experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
