Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a comparable acuity hospital License: Active, unencumbered RN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Must have Cerner EMR experience Description: The Registered Nurse will work in an acute care float position. Assignments will be made by the nursing supervisor at the time staffing is determined. The shift is from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including a 30-minute lunch. Patient ratios may vary according to need but are typically 1:6. First-time travelers will be considered for this position. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. The nurse will float to various units as needed. Candidates must have experience with Cerner EMR. An active and unencumbered RN license in the required state is necessary. Two references are required for submission. Compliance with specific dress code is mandatory. Candidates must be open to meeting all requirements listed in the job description.
