License: Current and valid state-issued nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Candidate must have experience in Med Surg/Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years. Description: Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID required. Utility bill in the candidate's name with a matching address within the last three months is required. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. Candidates must float within scope to meet facility needs if required. Submission without a driver’s license or with excessive time off will not be considered. All candidates must be willing to float to other areas if needed. No submissions from candidates with license hits will be accepted. Gaps in the candidate’s work history of three months or more must be explained. All submissions must include two supervisory references. Candidate must have a minimum of one year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission.
