- Must float to other units as needed
Description:
This position requires a registered nurse to work in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting.
The shift consists of three 12-hour night shifts weekly.
Floating to other units may be necessary based on census needs.
Candidates should have experience with telemetry and EKG testing.
The daily census is approximately 30 patients.
An interdisciplinary support team is available, including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and more.
The unit handles adult and geriatric patient populations.
An annual compliance requirement exists for all staff.
All travelers must complete pre-assignment testing and modules as required.
Completion of modules is eligible for reimbursement up to a certain number of hours.
Travelers may be required to float to other units and campuses as necessary.
