**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 38
- Number of Staff: 55
- Night Shift Charges: 1-2 (depending on staffing)
- RN Patient Ratio: 4-5:1
- PCT Support: 2
- **Equipment & Technology:**
- IV Pumps
- Seizure Monitoring
- Bi-pap and C-pap (mostly at night)
- Glucometer
- EMR: Meditech
- **Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- Minimum 1-year current Med/Surg experience
- BLS Certification
- **Preferred:**
- ACLS Certification
- Neuro experience
- Meditech experience
- **Typical Procedures:**
- NIH/Stroke Assessments
- Neuro Assessments
- Fall Risk Assessments
- Trach Care
- Feeding Tubes
