ACLS required. Must-Have: Every other weekend required. Floating within scope may be required. Description: The position involves working on a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit with 32 beds. The patient population includes patients with cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry conditions. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple patients effectively. Candidates must be able to work weekends as required. Experience with charting systems, particularly Cerner, is preferred. References from managers and charge nurses within the past 2 years are required. Candidates must not have probationary actions on their license within the last two years. All personnel must receive a flu vaccine unless a medical exemption is documented. Candidates must submit the required compliance documents prior to the start date.
