Candidates will work nights with a patient ratio of 1:6, which may flex to 1:7 as needed. Weekends and holidays are required as part of the float pool policy. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. BCLS and ACLS certifications are required. Knowledge and skills in management of various medical conditions and equipment are essential. Candidates must have a valid state nursing license at the time of application. Floating may occur within the hospital or to affiliate units.
