Name of Charting System Experience preferred.
Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
Daily Census: 36
Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary
Patient Diagnoses include Diabetes, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Seizure, Stroke, Transient Ischemic Attack, Chronic Respiratory Disease.
