Description:
Join a dynamic healthcare team.
Work on a 32-bed unit with an adult and older adult population.
Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5.
Provide care for trauma patients.
Administer heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered.
Familiarity with EPIC EMR is essential.
Utilize specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training is a plus.
Be prepared to deliver compassionate and quality care to all patients.
