**Job Description:**
- **Location:** 500 West Main Street, Lewisville TX 75077
- **Floor:** 1st floor, B tower
- **Unit:** Surgical Telemetry Unit
- **Number of Beds:** 19
- **Staff Composition:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 Nurses (RN/LVN mix), 1-2 Patient Care Technicians
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 Nurses (RN/LVN mix), 1-2 Patient Care Technicians
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Key Equipment:** Baxter IV pumps, Welch Allyn Vital Sign machines
- **EMR System:** Meditech
**Essential Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- BLS Certification
- 2 Years of Medical-Surgical Experience
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Charge Nurse Experience
- Preceptor Experience
**Typical Responsibilities:**
- Ambulation of patients
- Wound Care as required
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

- Strong team player

- **Floating Areas:** Ortho Trauma (sister department), Inpatient Rehabilitation
