Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) – Night / Day Rotation

  • Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Schedule Rotations: 2-week repeating rotations:
      • Rotation 1: Mon/Tue/Wed (Week 1) | Thu/Fri/Sat (Week 2) | Sun/Thu/Fri (Week 3)
      • Rotation 2: Wed/Thu/Fri (Week 1) | Tue/Wed/Sat (Week 2) | Sun/Mon/Tue (Week 3)
    • Weekend & Call Protocol: Every 3rd weekend coverage required. Potential on-call requirements. Potential holiday coverage required.
  • Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract (10/28/2026 – 01/23/2027) | 1 Open Position | Unit: 602 Medical-Surgical
  • Location Region: Starkville, Mississippi (MS)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated Med/Surg RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Must demonstrate clinical confidence managing high-acuity 5–7 patient ratios including multiple total care patients.
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Mississippi State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
