Travel RN – MedSurg/Tele

Position: RN – MedSurg/Tele
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Shift: 12-Hour Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS required
• Minimum 2 years MedSurg experience
• Strong IV skills
• Telemetry experience
• Ability to read telemetry strips
• Telemetry strips must be assessed/documented each shift
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Ability to work effectively in moderate-to-high stress environments
• Age-appropriate patient care knowledge
