**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Main Building, 5 Central
- **Unit:** Neuro Medical/Surgical
- **Shift:** 12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Telemetry:** No call required
- **Weekends:** 4 shifts per schedule
**Unit Highlights:**

- **Staffing:** 60 dedicated professionals
- **Day Shift:** 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs, 1 UC
- **Night Shift:** 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:5

- **Must-Have Skills:**
- BLS Certification
- IV Certification for LVNs
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- **Preferred Skills:**
- ACLS Certification
**Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Stroke NIH assessments
- EEGs
- Gastric decompression
- Wound care
