Title: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location: Titusville FL
Duration: 24 Weeks
Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00

Holiday RTO restrictions for MS/tele:

• NO RTO ALLOWED: 11/25-11/27 and 12/24-12/25 and 12/31-1/1, traveler WILL BE REMOVED IF THEY REQUEST, no exceptions.

General position description, please read UD:

• Years experience required: 2 years
• Local traveler: No locals – must be greater than 30 miles from facility
• Ratios: 1:6 patient ratio experience required
• Weekend requirement: Every other
• Float required: Yes (within scope)
• Open to accommodating block schedule: No block scheduling allowed
• RTO Parameters: No RTO during the first or last week of assignment, must abide by Holiday RTO restrictions.
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
• Additional Details/Requirements: Floating required. Rapid Response team experience required. Total joints experience required.STRONG TELE EXP REQUIRED.
• MIXED UNIT HIGH ACUITY, PLEASE READ JD
• MUST BE Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week. (36-40 hours first week)

• *3 call outs results in termination*
• *Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period*
• *Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination*
• *Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date*
