**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Kennewick, WA - Heart of the Tri-Cities
- **Facility Details:**
- 111 beds with a variety of services including ED, OBGYN, Pediatrics, and more.
- Teaching Hospital environment that fosters learning and growth.
- **Unit Profile:**
- Floor: 2 North
- Trauma Level: 3
- Number of Beds: 16 private rooms
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 with accommodations for 1:3 based on acuity
- **Position Highlights:**
- Role: RN specializing in Med-Surg
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (7PM-7AM)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Requirements: 2 shifts per pay period
- Call Requirements: Yes
- **Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have training in ACLS or similar rhythm interpretation)
- Years of Experience: 2+
- Floating Requirements: Yes
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- EKG/Cardiac Monitoring
- Respiratory assessment and support
- Medication titration
- **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:**
- ETOH detox
- Post PCI
- DKA/HHS
- Cardiac conditions
- GI issues
- BIPAP
- **Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Passionate about patient care in geriatric and adult populations
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
