**Position Details:**
- **Unit:** Medical Surgical Combination 4
- **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Shift:** 7 PM - 7:30 AM
- **Guaranteed Weekly Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend/as needed
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Number of Openings:** 1
**Requirements:**
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIH
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Med/Surg
- **Education:** Valid RN licensure in Tennessee
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 12
- **Patient Ratios:** 6:1
- **Patient Population:** Adult, Geriatric
- **EHR System:** Meditech
- **Supervisor:** Delaney Lawson, A4 Nursing Director
- **Float Requirements:** May float to other Med/Surg units as needed
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrubs:** Any color
- **Unacceptable Attire:** Casual wear
