**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN
- **Schedule:**
- 48 hours guaranteed
- Weekend block scheduling available
- **Orientation:** Weekly on Mondays
- **Shift Details:**
- 7 PM to 7:30 AM
- Local Rate $43.80 for candidates within 60 miles
- **Facility Highlights:**
- Serving Gallatin and surrounding areas for over 60 years
- 167-bed facility with Level III Trauma Center status
- 1,000+ employees and 300+ physicians on board
- Fully accredited by The Joint Commission
- **Unit Profile:**
- Floor: A6
- Patient Ratios: 4-6 patients per RN
- EHR: Meditech
- Supervisor: Suzanna Jones
- Patient Population: Geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients (13+)
- **Position Information:**
- Specialty: Orthopedic, Post Operative, Med/Surg

- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Call Requirements: None
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NIH
- **Experience Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year
- Must be willing to float as needed
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Strong assessment skills
- Teamwork and customer service focus
- **Working Environment:**
- Common Diagnoses: Post-operative joints, bariatric surgery, GI surgery, trauma patients
- Ideal Personality: Hardworking, kind, compassionate, and proactive in seeking guidance when needed
