The facility has a three-star rating from The Society of Thoracic Surgeons for patient care and outcomes. Unit Information: There are 32 individual rooms available. The unit is staffed by approximately 50 personnel. Patient-to-staff ratios are 5:1 during the day shift and 6:1 during the night shift. Common equipment includes walkers, bedside commodes, bladder scanners, and vital sign machines. The electronic medical record system used is Cerner. Required Skills: Candidates must have a current NC License and BLS certification. Client experience and orthopedic experience are preferred. The ideal candidate is a team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate a caring attitude towards patients. Weekends will be required every other week.
