TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Neuro RN in Janesville, Wisconsin, 53548!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Multiple Inpatient Units) – Wisconsin

Start Date: October 2, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
  • Active Wisconsin RN License (required)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required
  • Education verification required
  • Experienced RN preferred with strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to float between multiple inpatient units and adapt to varying patient populations
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in delivering patient care
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state practice standards
  • Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans according to physician orders and facility protocols
  • Provide patient and family education and instruction as appropriate
  • Document care according to established standards and best practices
  • Exercise critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through appropriate chain of command
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patients' longitudinal care plans
