Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Wisconsin

Start Date: August 25, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
  • Current and valid Wisconsin RN License
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
  • Education verification required
  • Experienced nursing professional with demonstrated clinical competency
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to escalate appropriately through chain of command
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state practice act
  • Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physician and hospital policy
  • Provide patient and family education and instruction
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to standards of care
  • Provide clinical guidance to other units and departments in support of longitudinal patient care
