Schedule: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
- Current and valid Wisconsin RN License
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Education verification required
- Experienced nursing professional with demonstrated clinical competency
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to escalate appropriately through chain of command
Essential Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state practice act
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physician and hospital policy
- Provide patient and family education and instruction
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to standards of care
- Provide clinical guidance to other units and departments in support of longitudinal patient care
