Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week; 1:5-6 patient ratio; 12-16 weekend shifts per contract; manager-created schedules

  • Competitive local and travel rates available; locals within 50 miles accepted

Requirements:

  • Current North Carolina or Compact state RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and CPI certifications required or preferred
  • Must pass EKG testing prior to start date
  • Neuroscience or medical-surgical telemetry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, peripheral line management, and non-invasive airway management
  • Epic charting system experience preferred
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Willingness to participate in storm team/hurricane team and report during catastrophic events or disasters
