Unit Details

• 46 beds at capacity
• Maximum RN-to-patient ratio: 1:8
• Mixed medical and surgical patients who are medically ready for discharge
• Floating may be required based on clinical skills
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active Maine or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Recent acute-care experience required
• Charge nurse experience
• Strong electronic charting/EMR experience
• Must complete assigned HealthStream modules

Specialty and Stryker beds, Philips vital-sign monitors, overhead lifts, Sara Stedy, standing scales, bladder scanners, HoverMatt, Sage mats, Synergy Air beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, walkers, and slide boards.

• No artificial nails, graphic T-shirts, hoodies, open-toed shoes, or unprofessional attire/grooming
