Shift: 12 hour nights | 48 hrs/week
Pay Package (48 hrs):
Total Weekly Gross: $2983/week
Non-Taxable Stipend: $1267/week
Taxable (W2):
Regular: $33/hr × 40 hrs = $1320
Overtime: $49.5/hr × 8 hrs = $396
Requirements:
- Med Surg / Orthopedics experience
- BLS
- Must be outside the 50-mile radius
- Must agree to artificial fingernail policy
- Artificial nails prohibited in patient-care departments.
- Refusal to remove them can result in termination.
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
- For nights, Friday + Saturday count as the weekend.
- Floating: First to float within scope.
- Schedule: Self-scheduling
- Days: 0630–1900
- Nights: 1830–0700
Key clinical details
- Ratio: 1:5
- 28 beds + 22 overflow
- Charge nurse available each shift
- CNA/PCT ratio: 1:10
- No routine drip titration required
- Common patients include total knees/hips, COPD, diabetes, wounds, oncology, fractures, sepsis, pneumonia, CHF, dementia, substance use, etc.
- Navy blue scrubs
