Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Wound Care (Ostomy Certified)
• General Information:
• Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? 2 years required
• Will you accept a first-time traveler? If traveler has wound care experience prior to traveling
• Patient Types:
• Inpatient/Outpatient/HBO/Ostomy - manager discretion on type of experience traveler has
• Wound Care patients: Very large variety of patients with wounds of various causes included but not limited to diabetic foot wounds, vascular wounds, and pressure injuries.
• Patient Ratios:
• Typically: 1 patient/hour - dependent on complexity
• Required Certifications:
• RN Wound Care:
• BLS (required)
• Wound care certification (required)
• RN Wound Care (Ostomy Certified):
• BLS (required)
• Wound care certification (required)
• Ostomy certification (CWOCN) (required)
