Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical/Tele team. This position is for night shifts, requiring flexibility and a passion for patient care within a high-acuity environment.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Nights
• Shifts per Week: 48 hours or 36 hours
• Patient Ratio: 1:12 utilizing a team nursing model (approximately 1:6/7 due to collaboration with LPNs and Medication Nurses)
• Weekend Requirements: As needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is required.
• Previous travel experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a large hospital setting is essential.
• First-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years of experience in the specialty.
• All travelers must comply with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines; pending licenses will not be accepted.

Special Requirements

• RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application.
• Due to regulations, candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the location.
• Weekend block scheduling will not be accommodated; must be discussed during the interview.
