Job Summary:
The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. Care is provided using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. The RN ensures accurate documentation, develops and implements care plans, modifies care based on evaluations, and prioritizes patient and employee safety. Collaboration with colleagues and continuous professional development are integral to the role.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
• ASN degree
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred Qualifications:
• BSN degree
