The RN will be assigned based on demonstrated skills and staffing needs.
Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5–6 under the new staffing model, with LPN/CNA support based on acuity. Nurses are expected to accept only patients within their competency.
The posting excludes travelers whose home location or current facility is within 50 miles of Facility.
