TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Whitehall, Wisconsin.
UNIT: MEDSURG
MGR INTERVIEW
Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med/Surg experience. Acute medical patients from ED and Transitional Care rehab stays
Required Certifications: WI RN license, BLS, ACLS
Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
Charting Experience: EPIC experience preferred
Unit Overview: 25 Bed, Critical Access hospital Med Surg Unit - General Medical, Continued Recovery patients, Infusion patients. Patient ratio is 1:5-6; Good CNA support 1:4-7
Float Requirements: None
Weekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend (10/16-10/18 first weekend). Holiday: Night of Thanksgiving, Xmas day night and New Years Day night (we include the eves in our rotation, but for nights it's the night of the holiday)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Scrubs: Navy blue; Top- navy, black or white, Bottom-navy, black or white (should not wear all black, all other combinations are fine)
