- Skills Checklist Medical Surgical (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
- Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED]
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale NIHSS [REQUIRED]
