Job Details
- Location: Medical-Surgical Oncology Unit with a focus on oncology and complex surgical care.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, chemo certification, 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing, and active licensure in the relevant state.
- Preferred Qualifications: Oncology care certification and experience in surgical post-operative care.
- Responsibilities: Providing expert nursing care to adult oncology patients including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and complex post-surgical monitoring. Ensuring patient safety, delivering family-centered care, and adhering to safety protocols.
