Urgent Travel RN Opportunity – Med-Surg / ED
Position: Registered Nurse – Med-Surg / Emergency Department
Shift: Days
Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent RN experience
EMR: Athena
Travel Experience: Required
On-Call: No
Floating: Required
Clinical Areas
The RN may be responsible for providing care in:
- Med-Surg
- Inpatient
- Observation
- Swing Bed
- Emergency Department (ER)
- Outpatient Infusion
Required Certifications
The following certifications are required:
- BLS – AHA
- ACLS – AHA
- PALS – AHA
- TNCC
- AHA Procedural Sedation Module
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
- Med-Surg and/or ED experience preferred
- Must be comfortable caring for patients across multiple departments
- Must be willing to float as required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Must maintain all required certifications throughout the assignment
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency-care skills required
