Travel RN – Rehabilitation / Med-Surg Float

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours: 12-hour shifts

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a rehabilitation unit, with the flexibility to float to the Medical-Surgical unit when staffing needs require. The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patient education and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care and implement provider orders.
• Complete patient assessments, care plans, and shift documentation.
• Participate in bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
• Assist with staff development and precepting as needed.
• Float between Rehabilitation and Med-Surg based on facility needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current, active New Hampshire RN license.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• Basic Dysrhythmia training preferred or must be completed before orientation ends.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or must be completed before orientation ends.
• EPIC experience preferred.
