Confluence Health Hospital–Central Campus | Wenatchee, WA

  • Shift: D/E, 3×12s
  • Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Schedule: 0700–1930
  • License: Active Washington State or Compact RN license required
  • Certifications:BLS & ACLS required
  • Charge experience: Preferred
  • Floating: Must be willing to float as a sitter and may float between Mares and Central Campuses on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality Med/Surg patient care.
  • Perform assessments and develop/reassess individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and families and assist with discharge planning.
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
  • Delegate appropriately to nursing assistants/non-licensed personnel.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean patient-care environment.
  • Follow the Washington Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and unit-specific standards.
