Home Health RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120–$2,230
- Healthcare Setting: Home health
- Location: Springdale, Arkansas, serving Washington and Benton Counties
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- End Date: January 8, 2027
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; 40 hours per week, with on-call coverage
- On-Call Requirement: One day per week and one weekend per month
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Previous home health nursing experience
- Experience with HCHB documentation
- Experience completing OASIS assessments
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a home health care team
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between patient visits
Home Health RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Northwest Arkansas
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
- Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments and clinical documentation in HCHB
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established standards
- Educate patients and caregivers about disease management, medications, safety, and available resources
- Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families
- Coordinate care and promote safe, effective transitions across the home health continuum
- Participate in scheduled on-call coverage, including one weekend per month
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, clinical quality, and patient-centered care
