Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the ICU department. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to support our winter staffing needs. This contract position offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment.

Unit Description: The Critical Care Center is a 14-bed critical care unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage, serving adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required
• 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care
• Evidence of relevant continuing education; CCRN preferred

All requests for time off (RTO) must be presented at the time of submission. Please note that no holiday RTO and no more than 3 days of RTO will be accepted. Candidates will undergo pass/fail testing for Tele/ECG and medications prior to acceptance, so please ensure you submit strong candidates.
