- On-Call Requirement: 1 weekend every 1-2 months based on need
- Mileage: Reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230

Job Requirements
- Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Arkansas driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Associate degree required
- Home health nursing experience strongly preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards
- Complete comprehensive assessments, including OASIS and medication reconciliation, accurately and on time
- Document patient visits thoroughly and submit records according to payer and agency requirements
- Perform initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluations and confirm home health eligibility and medical necessity
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and agency staff to coordinate care and schedule changes
- Supervise home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses as appropriate and complete supervisory visits
- Participate in weekend rotation, holiday coverage as needed, case conferences, and quality improvement efforts
- Support patient safety, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and promote positive patient outcomes
- Assist with onboarding and serve as a preceptor for new staff and students when needed
