Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) working in a rural facility with a 24-bed Critical Access Hospital. The position involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical floor with a focus on orthopedic, cardiac, pediatric, and telemetry cases. The role is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend off, and requires a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Education and experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, cardiac, pediatric, telemetry, and Epic electronic health record system.
  • Additional Information: The position is located at a rural facility that prioritizes patient-centered care. The assignment is expected to begin on 10/05/2026 and conclude on 12/28/2026.
