Travel RN – Med Surg/Tele

• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 36 hrs/week
• WA State or Compact RN license required
• BLS & ACLS required
• Charge RN experience required
• Provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
• Performs assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation
• Develops and evaluates individualized care and discharge plans
• Educates patients and families on care and treatment
• Delegates and supervises assistive personnel appropriately
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Required to float as a sitter and may float between campuses based on rotation
• Follows Washington Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and unit standards
