Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong clinical assessment, time management, and communication skills
• Experience caring for orthopedic and neurological patients is a plus
• Completion of required onboarding, health, and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support post-operative, orthopedic, and neurological patient recovery
• Promote patient education, comfort, and overall quality of care throughout the shift
