Requirements

1 year Medical Surgical experience required
Epic EMR system experience preferred
KS or Multistate license
TDaP vaccine, Influenza vaccine or exemption request during flu season
AHA BLS required at time of submission
Immunity status of Hep B, MMR, & Varicella (obtained by a titer) or proof of vaccination series completion
TB documentation
