Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. The position requires a commitment to a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts, as well as every other weekend and holiday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and progress consistently and accurately.
• Float between various medical/surgical units as required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of travel experience in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Schedule Requirements

Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including day and night schedules, as well as holidays and weekends.

Additional Information

This position may require floating between multiple units to meet patient care needs. Strong adaptability and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
