Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fishersville, Virginia.
Registered Nurse (RN)
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care on a 32-bed unit focused on innovative nursing practices and new technologies.
Staff will be assigned to groups for self-scheduling, with group rotations occurring every week. Additionally, there is a holiday rotation policy that outlines expected work during designated holidays based on the assignment duration.
The patient care ratio on the unit is 1:6, ensuring optimal care for each patient.
On the first day, the RN will complete necessary documentation at Employee Health and then proceed to start their first shift on the following Tuesday.
The Medical Innovation Unit (2 West) emphasizes the adoption of new technology and innovative nursing models. Team members are expected to engage with advanced equipment and practices, including Hercules beds.
