Charting: EPIC experience required

Requirements

  • Current RN license — required
  • BLS — required
  • ACLS — required
  • EPIC experience required
  • BSN — preferred
  • Acute care facility experience — preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordinated nursing care according to established standards
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans
  • Coordinate care with healthcare providers and other disciplines
  • Educate patients, families, and team members
  • Participate in discharge planning
  • Delegate appropriately and coordinate healthcare team duties
