Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

This position is for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in a 30-bed acute care unit focusing on Neurosurgery and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. The role involves providing exceptional patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.

Scheduling Details

Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed.
Must work every other weekend.
Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays.
RTO for Christmas is not approved.
40 hours of time off can be approved.

Requirements

Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
Must adhere to floating policies within the organization.
Open to applicants with a pending Virginia license.
Prior experience with Epic electronic medical records is required.
